Coming from the finest Spanish casks, we obtain our vinegar from an acidification process of the worldwide famous Jerez wine to inherit all its organic characteristics. Afterwards we mature them in old casks of American Oak via a system of “soleras” and “criaderas”.
Tasting: Intense and brilliant mahogany color. On the nose is a strong aroma of dried fruit and touches of old wine from Jerez. On the plate it presents a full flavour, balanced, intense and long. The Olmeda Orígenes Vinegar is an ideal ingredient for any type of dressing, sauce, stews, etc… or simply adding a few drops to any dish to enhance its full flavor.
