Produced in Cerreto Guidi, district of Florence. Grapes are dried for two months before pressing. The must is fermented and aged for at least 3 years in typical wood barrels called “caratelli”. Fermentation is extremely long and slow and allow the wine to get its characteristic notes.

Tasting: Amber gold in colour, in the nose reminds of Honey dried fruit, figs with a spicy finish. Creamy, rich, sweet and fresh in the mouth, with citrus and dried fruits notes. Crisp close. Traditional pairing with Cantucci biscuits
