"Drunken" cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. It is aged for 6 to 7 months and then dipped into Amarone DOCG wine and pomace for further 3 months. Then it is dried for 7 to 8 months

Taste: The whole 14 to 17 months process results in a smooth, rich taste and nutty, winey aromatic cheese
Serving suggestions: It is a perfect cheese for serving after the meal. Of course, paired with glass of Masi Costasera Amarone or Masi Recioto della Valpolicella
