A "wine of the land". Indigenous grape variety from Puglia region, believed to be imported by the Greek some thousand years ago. The grapes are manually harvested early in the morning, before dawn, to guarantee the best aromatic complexity. Refining in used American and French oak barriques for 4-5 months
